A unique concept in Geneva, with a boutique, a practice studio, an online shop and, more recently, the Garden Nest, a place dedicated to individual sound healing sessions!

The YOGANEST Boutique
Opened in July 2021 in Carouge, our boutique has captured all the warmth of summer and quietness of winter to bring you comfort and serenity all year round, surrounded by a light scent of jasmine and pine.
It is a space where everyone feels good, including those who do not (yet...) taste the benefits of yoga.
We cater activewear, lifestyle fashion for everyday wear and relaxation as well as gift ideas, organic cosmetics and of course a wide range of yoga mats and equipment. A selection of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other intuitive instruments is also available! Everything for you to feel good in your body, heart and soul.
Allow yourself a relaxed nesting moment - discovering the boutique or joining a yoga class.
The shop is open outside of group & private lesson times. Opening hours are currently the following:
* Tuesday from 2pm to 6.15pm
* Wednesday from 12pm to 6.15pm
* Thursday from 11am to 6.15pm
* Saturday from 11am to 5pm
The brands we selected
Our selection combines pleasure of use, quality and sustainability. We fell in love with all of our products and they were carefully selected from inspiring family businesses who share our social and environmental values.
The brands we have chosen to collaborate with are committed to doing their utmost to offer products that combine quality, functionality & pleasure while placing eco-responsibility at the heart of their concerns.
They are all family businesses that create and design locally (Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Bali, Sweden, France, Germany) and produce in Europe (Portugal, Turkey, France and Germany) and South-East Asia in small structures selected for their human values and social solidarity.
In addition to the selection on our Online store (Moonchild, Vervola, Enso Tribe, Mala Spirit, Yoga Boutique, Yogamii, Yogisu, Yogom, Yogamatata, Yinside...), our Boutique in Geneva offers brands such as Aimée de Mars, Bungalow Living, Encens du Monde, Hejhej, Océopin and others...
The GARDEN NEST hut
Nestled at the bottom of the garden in the courtyard typical of Carouge, the GARDEN NEST is our treatment "hut", which welcomes you alone in calm and comfort for an individual Sound Healing session.
Each session is personalised and therefore different. We guide you on a journey, a complete sensory experience that will nourish your senses with the sound of Tibetan bowls and other intuitive instruments, the kinaesthetic and energetic feel of the vibrations of the bowls placed on your body, gentle pressure massages and the diffusion of essential oils if you like them.

The YOGANEST Studio
In small groups of 3-4 people, in a cosy, comfortable and inspiring setting, opening onto the interior garden so typical of Carouge's architecture, Laurence will guide you in Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga and Myofascial Self-Massage sessions with a personalised approach.
Each practice will be different, sometimes focusing more on anatomical, energetic or meditation aspects. However, there is one constant in all her classes: attention to the breath is always present.
Full equipment will be provided: mats, meditation cushions, blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps as well as self-massage balls.
