This mala bracelet is made of Rudraksha beads, which come from the Elaeocarpus angustifolius tree, grown in India. Considered sacred in many Asian cultures, they are sometimes referred to as “Shiva’s tears”. Rudrakshas is considered to purify our thoughts and give us a peaceful mind.   • Fill a container with water into which you will place flowers. Dip your No Fear bracelet into it
  • Use an incense stick to help relax your body and mind
  • Once you have reached a stage of relaxation that you feel is sufficient, cleanse each of the beads in your mala. At the same time, visualize your intentions and transmit them to the beads. Imagine them as protectors and carriers of good energies
  • Chant the mantra “OM HREEM NAMAH SHIVAYA OM”. It is synonymous with the tears of Shiva

  • Turn on the water tap and place your bracelet under running water
  • Touch each bead with the intention of cleaning it
