Known as ‘The Teacher of Yin Yoga Teachers’, Jo Phee is a senior trainer recognised in the international yin yoga community for her specialisms in Chinese medicine, functional anatomy and fascia science. Jo is one of the first generation of yin yoga teachers trained by the creators of yin yoga, Paul and Suzee Grilley, and has been their principal assistant since 2009.
Dubbed the ‘accessory queen’ of yin yoga, she is also regarded as the first yin yoga teacher to introduce and popularise upper body yin yoga to the general public. Based in Singapore, she has developed specific accessories for teaching and practising Yin yoga.
