Sometimes seen as a physical activity - especially when you've just discovered it - yoga is in fact infinitely more. It's a complete practice that unites body, breath, mind, heart and spirit. It can be integrated as a state of mind, or even as a lifestyle. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you're bound to have experienced the benefits of yoga practice for body and mind: serenity, relaxation, better stress management, increased mobility and flexibility, improved overall physical condition, awareness of the importance and power of the breath, etc.

As a teacher of Yoga as well as Self-Massage and Sonotherapy, I myself am inspired by what I read about these fundamental practices in my life and daily life. Here I share my favourite resources with you so that you too can soak up their infinite benefits.

There are different styles of yoga, each with its own specific characteristics: Yin yogaHatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga yoga, Restorative yoga Kundalini yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yoga nidra etc. Dynamic yoga or slow yoga, each student will find a practice that allows them to develop their potential. What's more, each style has its own specific place for the Meditation and Pranayamas (breathing techniques), taking the experience further and enhancing the feeling of well-being. Myofascial self-massage and Sonotherapy (baths, treatments, sound massages) are highly appropriate approaches to complement a yoga practice, take charge of your own health and find a better yin-yang balance.
