Sometimes thought of as a physical activity - especially when you've just discovered it - yoga is actually infinitely more. It is a complete practice that unites body, breath, mind, heart and spirit. It can be integrated as a state of mind or even as a lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you have probably already experienced the benefits of yoga practice on the body and mind: serenity, relaxation, better stress management, increased mobility and flexibility, improved overall physical condition, awareness of the importance and power of the breath, etc.

As a teacher of Yoga as well as Self-Massage and Sound Healing, I am inspired myself by reading about these fundamental practices in my journey and daily life. Here I share my favourite resources with you so that you too can soak up their infinite benefits.









Different styles of yoga exist, each with their own specificities: Yin yoga , Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga yoga, Restorative yoga , Yoga nidra , Kundalini yoga, Iyengar yoga, etc. Dynamic yoga or on the contrary slow yoga, each student will find a practice that will allow him to develop her or his potential. In addition, each style has its own specific place for Meditation and the Pranayamas (breathing techniques) which allows you to go further in the experience and reinforce the feeling of well-being. Myofascial Self-massage and Sound healing are very appropriate approaches to complement a yoga practice, own your own health and find a better yin and yang balance
