Sometimes thought of as a physical activity - especially when you've just discovered it - yoga is actually infinitely more. It is a complete practice that unites body, breath, mind, heart and spirit. It can be integrated as a state of mind or even as a lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you have probably already experienced the benefits of yoga practice on the body and mind: serenity, relaxation, better stress management, increased mobility and flexibility, improved overall physical condition, awareness of the importance and power of the breath, etc.
As a yoga teacher, I myself am inspired by my readings about this practice, which is fundamental to my journey and daily life. Here I share with you my favourite resources so that you too can soak up the infinite benefits of yoga.
Different styles of yoga exist, each with their own specificities: Yin yoga , Hatha yoga , Vinyasa-Flow, Ashtanga yoga, Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra , Functional yoga , Kundalini yoga, Iyengar yoga, etc. Dynamic yoga or on the contrary slow yoga, each student will find a practice that will allow him to develop her or his potential. In addition, each style has its own specific place for Meditation and the Pranayamas (breathing techniques) which allows you to go further in the experience and reinforce the feeling of well-being..
