Intuitive instruments at the YOGANEST Boutique
We offer a wide selection of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, Tibetan bells, sound tubes, kalimbas, rain sticks, ocean drums, tongue drums, pocket drums, shakers and a choice of sticks and mallets.These instruments can be played harmoniously together or used individually. Most of them are very intuitive, and no musical knowledge is necessary to use them and benefit from them. Sonotherapy, or sound therapy, does not need to be practised by professionals to be beneficial. Anyone can simply activate a bowl to accompany their own breathing with full awareness, or relax by playing several instruments. With a touch of curiosity and listening, it's also possible to guide a group of friends or family on a relaxing break, whether in the garden, by the lake or in the living room. Children can easily make these instruments their own for more quieter moments.
We carefully select all our instruments, giving priority to quality. They will also delight professionals in the field of support and care through sound, in a wide range of contexts.

Individual Sound healing session at GARDEN NEST
Have you ever experienced a sound journey just for you? Each session is unique and personalised, offering a sensory experience that will awaken your senses.You'll be enveloped by the enchanting sounds of Tibetan bowls and other intuitive instruments, while the vibrations of the bowls placed on your body and the pressure massages provide a soothing tactile sensation.
What's more, aromatherapy will be present, with the subtle diffusion of essential oils, if you like it.
The Signature Sound Healing session lasts approximately 1h15 and is performed while dressed, lying on a massage table.
Located at the end of the courtyard garden, typical of Carouge, the GARDEN NEST by YOGANEST welcomes you in a peaceful atmosphere for an individual Sound Healing session.
Rates: Discovery price (1st session) 75.- then 115.- per session or 6-sessions package including 1 free for 575.00 (valid for 6 months for all adult members of a family).
For yourself or as a gift (our gift vouchers are valid for 18 months, you chose the amount.
